One360 — Walk the site. See progress, clearly. Helmet-mounted 360° capture, floor-plan context, and AI Composition for clearer progress views.

Everything a walkthrough needs, in one place

Built for the way a site is actually recorded: a drawing, a route, a phone, and a record everyone can trust weeks later.

Review progress. Resolve issues faster. Open any 360° capture, comment on exact locations, and collaborate from anywhere.

Your own floor plans

Import the drawing you already have — DXF or DWG — and work on it directly. Buildings, floors and sections stay organised the way the project is.

Capture points on the plan

Place the points to shoot from and they are numbered for you, consistently, every time. The crew on site follows the plan instead of guessing.

360° walkthroughs

Walk from point to point in the browser and look anywhere. Compare this week with last, and settle a question without driving to site.

Capture app for phones

The route lands on the phone. Record on site — even with no signal — and the upload resumes by itself when the bars come back.

Notes the right people see

Pin a note to the exact spot in the capture. Name who holds which role on the project — QS, project manager, director — and they are emailed when it lands.

Your team, your projects only

Invite the people who need access, with the role they should have. Every project belongs to your company and is visible to nobody else.

AI progress reports

Ask what has changed on site, and get it in writing

AI reads every 360° capture along a walk, point by point, and writes a report on the plan sheet it belongs to. Choose the report you need from the sheet's page and follow its progress while it is written.

Current status

Where the sheet stands today: what has been built, what stage each part has reached, and what the capture shows along the route.

Progress between two dates

Pick two walks of the same sheet and read what moved forward in between — the report a progress meeting or a valuation starts from.

Against the schedule

Each task can say what the site should look like once it is done — walls painted, say. The report checks the capture against the plan and shows what is ahead and what is behind.

A schedule in phases

Plan the job as phases and dated tasks on a Gantt chart, with costs and the links between them — finish to start, start to start and the rest.

Every report is kept with the date it was made, so last month's reading is still there next year.

Four steps, then it repeats every week

Set a project up once. After that a walkthrough is a walk.

1

Import the plan

Upload the DXF or DWG for each floor and set the scale.

2

Mark the route

Drop capture points where the walkthrough should stop.

3

Walk and record

Follow the route on the phone. Uploads resume on their own.

4

Share the walkthrough

Send a link. Anyone with access stands in that day's site.

Walk a real site, right here

Recorded at Remraam — Tape A, podium level. Drag to look around, tap the green path to walk there, and open the pins to see what the team found on the day.

Every feature on every plan

Why teams keep a walkthrough

The record you wish you had is the one from six weeks ago.

Fewer trips to site

Answer "what does that corner look like now?" from the office, in the walkthrough, instead of scheduling a visit.

Claims that hold up

Dated captures tied to a point on the drawing are evidence — for valuations, variations, and anything disputed later.

Everyone sees the same site

One link, one version of the truth — for the QS team, the project manager and the client, without a folder of loose photos.

Questions people ask first

What do I need to start?

A floor plan as DXF or DWG, and a phone. Import the drawing, mark the points you want captured, and walk the site — nothing else has to be installed on site.

Does it work without signal on site?

Yes. The route is on the phone before you start, recording never needs a connection, and the upload resumes by itself once you are back in coverage.

Who can see our projects?

Only the people you invite to your team, with the role you give them. Projects belong to your company and are not visible to other customers.

What do the AI reports tell me?

AI reads each 360° capture along a walk and writes a report on that plan sheet: where it stands today, what moved forward between two walks, or how it compares with the project schedule. Every report is kept with its date, so you can return to it later.

How is it priced?

By how many projects you run at once, billed yearly — every plan has every feature. A project is one site: it has a location, and its walks are recorded within 500 m of it. The more projects, the less each one costs a year: AED 10,000 a project on the 1-project plan, AED 5,000 on 3 and AED 4,000 on 5.

What if we run out of storage?

Storage is for the whole account, shared by all your projects and their plan sheets. When it is full, nothing you have recorded is deleted. Add 100 GB for AED 300 a year from the billing page — it applies at once — or move up a plan.

Can we move up a plan later?

Yes — change plan from the billing page whenever you need more projects or more people, and the new limits apply immediately.

Put your next site walk on the plan

Bring a drawing and a phone; the walkthrough lands on the plan the same day.
