Eligibility and Restricted Countries
Who One360 is sold to, the countries we cannot sell into, and how that is enforced at checkout rather than only stated here.

Who One360 is sold to
One360 is sold to businesses — construction companies, consultants, surveyors and developers — not to consumers. You need to be able to enter into a contract on behalf of the company you are subscribing for.
Where we cannot sell
SINAN YILMAZ INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C S.O.C is licensed in Dubai and must comply with the sanctions and export control measures of the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations, the United States and the European Union. We therefore do not sell One360, provide support for it, or accept payment from customers in the following countries and territories:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Russia
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
We also do not sell into the following regions, regardless of the country they are administered from:
- Crimea
- Donetsk and Luhansk
- Zaporizhzhia and Kherson
Nor do we sell to any person or organisation named on a sanctions list maintained by those authorities, or to anybody acting on their behalf.
These measures change. This list follows them and may be updated without notice.
How this is applied
Checkout refuses to open a payment when the country we can see is one of those above, so an order from a restricted country is stopped before any money moves rather than refunded afterwards.
We will say plainly what that check is and is not. It reads the country of your internet connection, which a VPN can disguise. It is the first gate, not the only one: our payment provider independently screens the cardholder, the billing address and the issuing bank against the same sanctions lists, and that screening is what actually holds. If a payment reaches us that should not have, we will cancel the subscription and refund it in full.
What we ask of you
By subscribing you confirm that neither you, your company, nor anybody who will use the account is located in, or acting for anybody in, a restricted country or on a sanctions list; and that you will not use One360 in a way that breaks sanctions or export control law.
If you think we have this wrong
Country lookups are occasionally wrong — a business in Dubai routed through a network registered elsewhere, for instance. If checkout refused you and it should not have, write to support@one360.org and say where your company is registered. We will check it by hand and reply within one business day.
