Deleting Your Account and Data
How to close a One360 account, how to have your data erased without closing it, what goes, what stays, and how long each takes.
Last updated 6 October 2026
The short version
An account owner can close a One360 account from inside the service, and anybody at all can ask us to do it by email. Either way your drawings, footage, walkthroughs, photographs and notes are erased. We keep only the invoices that UAE tax law obliges us to keep.
Closing the account yourself
Sign in at one360.org, open Team settings, and use Delete this team at the bottom of the page. This is the same account whether you reached it from the website or the One360 mobile app — deleting it here deletes it everywhere, and uninstalling the app on its own does not delete anything.
The deletion is scheduled rather than immediate: you have 24 hours to undo it from the same page, in case it was a mistake or the wrong person clicked it. After that it runs and cannot be undone.
Only an account owner sees that button. That is deliberate — a site engineer should not be able to erase a project everybody else is working on.
Asking us to do it
If you are not the owner, no longer have access, or would rather we handled it, write to support@one360.org from the email address on the account and say whether you want:
- The whole account closed — the workspace and everything in it, for everybody on it.
- Only your own personal data erased — your name, email address, profile picture, phone number and sign-in history — while the project material your colleagues still depend on stays with the company that owns it.
We reply within 30 days and we do not charge for it. If the request comes from an address we cannot match to the account we will ask you to prove it is yours before we erase anything, because an unverified deletion request is a way to attack somebody else's account.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, password hash, profile picture, phone number and time zone.
- Floor plans and drawings, 360° footage, the walkthroughs built from it, panoramas and photographs.
- Notes, replies and project and building names.
- The cameras registered to the account, including their stored Wi-Fi credentials.
- Share links issued from the account, which stop working immediately.
Diagnostic logs the mobile app keeps live on your own phone. They are sent to us only when you choose to send one, and uninstalling the app removes the ones that never left it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices and accounting records — as long as UAE tax law requires, currently five years, even after the account closes. We are not permitted to delete these on request.
- Server logs — the request, the time, the response and the IP address, for 30 days, after which they age out on their own.
- Backups — deleted material can survive in an encrypted backup until that backup is rotated out, within 30 days. It is not restored into the live service and nobody reads it.
Cancelling a subscription is not the same thing
Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves your data in place so you can come back; deleting erases it. If you want the money side rather than the data side, the refund and cancellation policy covers it.
The wider picture — everything we hold, who else touches it and why — is in the privacy policy.
